Licensed Outpatient Therapist /Licensed Therapist Intern

Job Description

We are hiring a full-time Therapist (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, or Licensed Intern) for outpatient services in the Ocala area.

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy, conduct assessments, and develop treatment plans.
• Collaborate with the Treatment Team and coordinate discharge planning.
• Maintain communication with families, referral sources, and service providers.
• Assist in improving patient retention and support long-term recovery.

Requirements:

• Master’s Degree in Human Services and Florida licensure (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, or Intern).
• Minimum 2 years’ experience with mental health and substance use disorders.
• Knowledge of co-occurring treatments, utilization review, and working with diverse populations.
• Flexible schedule including weekends/holidays as needed.
