We are seeking a compassionate Nurse Leader for a Nursing Manager position with a $10,000 sign-on bonus and a competitive pay rate of $36.00/hr, based on experience.
Lead the Emergency Room and Nursing departments, overseeing clinical staff and shift activities. Support clinical excellence, staff development, and compliance with regulations. Promote teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement within a supportive, mission-driven environment. Qualifications include a bachelor’s or associate degree in nursing, 5+ years of acute care experience, and 2+ years in ER. Leadership experience and Critical Access Hospital background are preferred. Must be a licensed RN in Kansas with current ACLS, PALS, TNCC, and CPR certifications.
