Job Description

Seeking a full-time, home-based therapist to provide in-home and community clinical services to children and families with diverse mental health needs.

  • Deliver intensive services aimed at promoting normal development, healthy family functioning, family preservation, reunification, and reducing hospital stays.
  • Requirements include a Master’s Degree in Social Work or human services, Michigan licensure, and eligibility for QMHP/QIDP credentials or supervision.
  • Willingness to pursue IMH endorsement if not already certified.
  • Offers competitive pay ($29.17–$39.48/hr), comprehensive benefits, flexible schedule, and remote/in-office work options.
  • Must be able to commute to and relocate to Bad Axe, MI, with day shifts available.
