Home-Based Therapist

Job Description

Seeking a full-time, home-based therapist to provide in-home and community services to children and families with diverse mental health needs.

Primary responsibilities include delivering intensive counseling to promote healthy development, family functioning, and reduce reliance on hospitalization or substitute care.

Requirements:

Master’s Degree in Social Work or human services field

Michigan licensure appropriate to the profession

Must meet QMHP/QIDP requirements or work under supervision

Willingness to pursue IMH endorsement if not already certified

Offers a competitive hourly rate ($29.17 – $39.48), comprehensive benefits (including health, dental, vision, retirement, and paid time off), flexible schedule, and remote work options. Must be able to commute or relocate to Bad Axe, MI before starting. The role involves day shifts and requires in-person work.
