Home-Based Therapist

Job Description

Seeking a full-time, home-based therapist to provide in-home and community clinical services to children and families with diverse mental health needs.

Primary responsibilities include delivering intensive, family-centered support aimed at promoting healthy development, strengthening family functioning, and reducing the need for hospitalization or substitute care.

Requirements include a Master’s Degree in Social Work or a human services field, Michigan licensure, and either QMHP/QIDP certification or supervision under such a credential. Willingness to pursue IMH endorsement is preferred.

Offers a competitive hourly rate ($29.17 – $39.48), comprehensive benefits (including health, dental, vision, retirement, and paid time off), flexible scheduling, and remote work options. Must be able to commute to and relocate before starting in Bad Axe, MI. Shift availability is day shift only.
