Home-Based Therapist

Job Description

Seeking a full-time, home-based therapist to provide intensive clinical services to children and families in their homes and communities.

Responsibilities include delivering mental health services such as home-based and outpatient counseling to support healthy development, family functioning, and reduce reliance on inpatient care.

Requirements include a Master’s Degree in Social Work or a related human services field, Michigan licensure, and eligibility for QMHP/QIDP credentials or supervision. Willingness to pursue IMH endorsement is preferred.

Offering a competitive hourly rate of $29.17 – $39.48, with a comprehensive benefits package including 401(k), health/dental/vision insurance, paid time off, and professional development support.

Shift is daytime, with work based in Bad Axe, MI, requiring relocation before start. The role combines in-person work with flexible scheduling options.
