*Job description for Intensive Family Interventions Services (IFI) Children/Adolescents*

*Education*:

* Individual who is a fully licensed LCSW, LPC, or LMFT issued by the governing board regulating a human service professional.
* *This is a part time position only*

*Duties*:

* Provides clinical assessment, crisis intervention, treatment planning, and individual, family, and group therapy/counseling for clients and their families in person and virtually. The Team Lead will provide these services in home and community setting.

*Responsibilities*:

* Provides pre-admission assessment screening, crisis intervention, facilities and monitors, psychiatric hospitalizations, provides discharge, linkage, and after-care recommendations,
* Develops treatment planning for clients,
* Provides therapy, counseling, rehabilitative services, and case management for clients and their families,
* Maintains current/accurate record of services,
* Performs after-hours crisis intervention services,
* Maintains professional development via in-service training and clinical supervision,
* Participates in client-centered social and recreational activities (e.g., parties, parades, baseball games, etc.),
* Coordination and oversight of initial and ongoing assessment activities,
* Initial Development and Ongoing Revision of Person Centered Plan,
* Monitoring of Implementation of Person Centered Plan,
* Additional Case Management functions of linking, arranging for services and referrals,
* Review documentation of the team members,
* Supervise the members of the intensive in home team, which you lead.

*Qualifications:*

Full-time equivalent of one year experience working in direct treatment with children with mental health issues and their families. Knowledge of developmental issues; ability to work effectively as a member of an integrated team; ability to relate effectively with youth, parents, referral sources and other agencies, and the community at large. Good communication skills; ability to maintain confidentiality of information; ability to write and maintain treatment planning and progress records; ability to work in a stressful, unstructured environment and maintain a positive mental attitude; ability to work with people of diverse cultural backgrounds. Professional appearance appropriate to the position.

***Gas stipend will be included***

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $100.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week
