• Participate in patient and family education, assessing learning needs and readiness.

• Demonstrate competence in caring for patients with complex needs, utilizing healthcare standards and policies.

• Perform thorough patient assessments, prioritize care, and plan with multidisciplinary resources while considering cultural factors.

Requirements include graduation from a nursing program, active RN licensure in North Carolina, BLS certification, and at least one year of nursing experience. This full-time, onsite night shift role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on community health.
