We are seeking a dedicated Mental Health Therapist to join our treatment center for adolescent boys aged 13-18 struggling with severe anxiety and OCD.

  • Provide individual, family, and group therapy in a safe, supportive environment.
  • Collaborate with the treatment team to develop and implement personalized treatment plans.
  • Communicate regularly with students’ support systems and participate in reviews.
  • Support staff in treatment delivery and contribute to student progress feedback.
  • Participate in activities within the campus and community.
  • Maintain professionalism, decision-making, and effective communication skills.
  • Qualifications include a valid Utah license (Ph.D., CMHC, LCSW, LMFT) or related clinical background with experience in OCD or anxiety disorders, and the ability to pass background and drug tests.
