Child and Adolescent Therapist

Job Description

Seeking a licensed mental health professional to provide therapeutic services to youth and families under supervision.

• Conduct intake, assessments, safety planning, case management, and discharge planning.
• Develop and implement individualized service plans with measurable goals.
• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions.
• Collaborate with external agencies, schools, and community resources for comprehensive care.
• Coordinate with care teams, providing progress reports and treatment recommendations.
• Participate in IEP and treatment planning conferences as needed.

Requirements include a MSW or related graduate degree and at least two years of direct counseling experience.
