Job Description
The LCSW will join a multidisciplinary team to conduct biopsychosocial assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide evidence-based short-term psychotherapy.
Adheres to organizational policies, safety standards, and demonstrates professionalism and integrity. Builds rapport with patients, provides culturally sensitive individual therapy, and coordinates care with team members. Documents clinical encounters promptly, participates in team meetings, and maintains licensure. Qualifications include a Master’s degree, California licensure as an LCSW, bilingual English/Spanish skills, and experience with diverse populations. Requires excellent communication, organizational skills, and the ability to manage a high-volume practice independently. It is a full-time, in-person position with benefits, offering a salary range of $100,000-$115,000 annually.
