Seeking a licensed Speech Therapist to provide high-quality care for short-term and long-term residents in a facility dedicated to excellent patient outcomes.
*Responsibilities include:*
Following safety procedures and ensuring patient and staff safety. Providing treatment aligned with benefit and reimbursement levels for optimal functional outcomes. Educating staff, professionals, and payers on intervention benefits. Completing documentation, billing, payroll, and expense reports timely. Participating in care plan and rehab meetings, and family training. Referring patients to team members as needed and ensuring safety at all times. Maintaining licensure, certification, and credentials.*Qualifications include:*
Active state license, in good standing, with CPR certification. Ability to multitask and communicate effectively in English. Professional appearance and practice unencumbered.*Work Details:*
In-person position based in Ashland City, TN, with required relocation prior to start. Full-time or part-time, pay range $50-$65/hour.
