Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)/Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC)

Job Description

We are seeking a full-time LCSW or LCPC to join our outpatient behavioral health team at our Bethalto, IL Health Center.

Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for individuals and families.

Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure continuous, patient-centered care.

Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to legal standards.

Supervise and mentor healthcare trainees as appropriate.

Participate in team discussions and care planning.

Qualifications include: Master’s in Social Work or Counseling, valid IL license, 2+ years of clinical experience, knowledge of PCMH model, and strong communication skills. Fluency in English and Spanish is preferred.
