Job Description

The Night Shift Supervisor oversees high-quality, person-centered nursing care in a long-term care facility, ensuring resident rights, safety, and individualized plans are maintained.

Supervise and deliver direct nursing care, administer medications, monitor resident status, and update care plans.

Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams, conduct routine rounds, and respond to resident needs and emergencies.

Manage staffing, ensure compliance with safety and infection control standards, and handle documentation and audits.

Support a professional team environment through effective communication and problem-solving.

Requirements include RN or LPN licensure, 3+ years nursing experience, supervisory skills, and strong clinical judgment.
