Seeking a full-time Family Practice Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner for an outpatient clinic in Bangor, ME.

Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive primary care, focus on prevention, chronic disease management, and acute care, collaborating with a skilled team.

Compensation & Benefits: $140,000–$150,000 salary, health/dental/vision, company-paid disability, 401(k) match, urgent care at no cost for team and families, and educational discounts.

Requirements: Maine licensure or ability to obtain, 1–3 years primary care experience preferred, strong communication skills.
