Seeking a full-time Family Practice Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner for an outpatient role, primarily handling scheduled and walk-in patients.
Build your own patient panel over time, starting with walk-ins. Supportive team of over 20 providers suitable for new graduates to gain experience, or experienced PAs/Ns to benefit from efficient flow. Opportunities in Family Practice, Pediatrics, and Urgent Care. Located in Central California with access to outdoor activities, close to major cities and attractions. Compensation includes $140K+, productivity bonuses, 401K with match, and comprehensive benefits such as health, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance. Relocation assistance available. Requirements include CA license, DEA certification (preferred), and ability to commute or relocate to Porterville, CA. Bilingual Spanish preferred.
