Provides primary care for patients of all ages, performing diagnostic tests, interpreting results, and managing treatments. Documents care in electronic health records and offers patient counseling on wellness and emotional health. Supervises mid-level practitioners and develops patient management plans. Requires excellent communication, computer skills, and team collaboration.
