Job Description

Seeking a full-time Physician (MD/DO) with CA license for an expanding health center in Scotia, CA.

Provides primary care for patients of all ages, performs diagnostic tests, interprets results, and manages patient care plans.

Performs procedures such as injections, suturing, and wound management.

Instructs and counsels patients on health and wellness topics.

Supervises mid-level practitioners and maintains documentation in electronic health records.

Qualifications: CA licensure/DEA, experience in primary care, Medicare/Medicaid eligibility preferred.
