We are seeking a dedicated Hospitalist/Laborist to provide comprehensive inpatient obstetric and gynecological care in a hospital setting.
Responsibilities include patient assessments, developing care plans, assisting with C-sections, rounding on hospitalized patients, and managing labor and delivery cases. Cover ER call for OB/GYN, provide inpatient and emergency consultations, and coordinate discharge planning. Utilize EHR systems effectively, educate patients, and support families regarding treatment options. Manage complex medical cases within a collaborative team environment. Qualifications: MD or DO degree, licensed in California, with DEA certification. At least 3 years of OB/GYN experience preferred. Strong clinical, communication, and problem-solving skills; bilingual in English/Spanish preferred. Hospital medicine and critical care experience highly desirable. Details: Part-time, contract position, $172,800–$244,800 annually, 24 hours/week, in person.
