Job Description

The Speech Language Pathologist evaluates and treats children birth to 6 years old in educational or community settings.

  • Requires a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, ASHA certification, and PA licensure; CFY candidates considered.
  • Minimum one year of experience with preschool or elementary students; valid driver’s license needed.
  • Performs assessments, develops and implements therapy plans aligned with IEPs, and maintains accurate documentation.
  • Participates in professional development, collaborates with team members, and upholds confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Supports a child-centered, culturally sensitive environment aligned with core values emphasizing individualized support and interagency collaboration.
  • Requires physical ability to perform duties, including lifting and crisis interventions.
  • Full-time position with benefits, based in Milford, PA, with an option for relocation.
  • Salary starting at $70,000 annually.
