Job Description

Seeking a Permanency Specialist/Clinician in the Cheshire County area to support at-risk youth and families through community-based, trauma-informed services.

Responsibilities include establishing treatment goals, providing clinical support, strengthening family connections, and offering guidance to develop routines, parenting skills, and positive communication.

The role requires an independent, compassionate professional with a Master’s degree in social work or related fields, preferably license-eligible, and at least 2 years of experience working with children and families. Knowledge of the Juvenile Justice System is valued.
