Seeking a certified registered nurse anesthetist (CRNA) for a locum position in East Hills Park, NJ. The role offers clinical autonomy with a supportive team, handling diverse cases such as general, ortho, OB, peds, neuro, cardiac, vascular, plastics, transplant, and robotics. No call is required, and the schedule is flexible, with options for full-time, part-time, or per diem work. Compensation ranges from $280,000 to $300,000 annually, plus OT pay, with a $100K sign-on bonus (3-year commitment) and a $20K upfront stipend for recent grads. Per diem rates are $180/hour for weekdays and $190/hour for nights, weekends, and holidays. Benefits include 8 weeks of PTO and regional blocks for pain management. Support with licensing, negotiations, and interview coordination is provided.
