Bespoke Psychiatry is seeking Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to provide high-quality psychiatric care in long-term care settings across Illinois.

Our team offers unique access to supervision and case discussions with two board-certified psychiatrists, supporting both new and experienced providers.

We value passionate, team-spirited individuals with empathy, strong communication, and problem-solving skills.

**Requirements:**

  • Full-time or part-time availability
  • Current Illinois license or in process
  • Master’s degree as an APN or PA
  • Prescriptive authority in Illinois
  • BCLS certification
  • Willing to drive to facilities
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Passion for mental health


    • **Responsibilities:**
  • Conduct assessments and develop care plans
  • Utilize EHR systems
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams
  • Educate patients and families
