Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate therapist for our Level 1 Psychiatric Residential Treatment Facility serving boys aged 10-15.

  • Provide individual, group, and family therapy aligned with treatment plans.
  • Conduct assessments and participate in multidisciplinary team meetings.
  • Collaborate with staff, medical professionals, and community partners for continuity of care.
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation per regulatory standards.
  • Create a safe, therapeutic, and strengths-based environment for residents.

    • Qualifications include a Master’s in Counseling, Social Work, or related field, Kentucky licensure or eligibility, and experience with youth preferred. Strong communication, organizational, and crisis skills are essential.

    We offer competitive pay ($55,000–$75,000), health, dental, vision insurance, paid time off, clinical supervision, and a supportive work culture.

    This full-time, in-person role requires relocating to Elizabethtown, KY, and involves working with youth in a structured residential setting. Our mission is to provide high-level therapeutic care for youth in need.
