*Compensation:* $125,000.00 – $130,000.00 per year (based on experience and qualifications)
*Schedule:* Full Time/Part Time | Flexible Scheduling

*For this role, we can offer either part-time (typically 2–3 days per week) or full-time. The schedule usually wraps up by 5:00 pm, though some days may finish earlier (around 2:30 pm) or a little later (by 5:30 pm), depending on patient flow. You’ll also be able to complete your notes between patients, so once the day ends, there’s no after-hours work.*

Compensation typically starts at $150K annually and is negotiable based on experience and the right fit for the role.

*Position Overview:*

We are seeking a skilled and motivated *Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant *with a passion for wound care to join our growing mobile team. You will work autonomously within a collaborative environment, conducting on-site assessments and providing treatment to patients in *Charlottesville, Virginia*.

*Key Responsibilities:*

* Provide advanced wound care evaluation, treatment, and follow-up to patients in a variety of settings.
* Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and facility teams to ensure continuity of care.
* Utilize EMR systems for accurate documentation of patient encounters, treatment plans, and progress.
* Educate patients and caregivers on wound care and prevention.
* Participate in care planning and contribute to reducing rehospitalizations and complications.

*Qualifications:*

* Licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) in the state of Virginia.
* Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Drivers License
* Home Health Experience a plus
