    • As a CNA, you will provide high-quality routine care to tenants, supporting daily activities, applying basic nursing and personal care skills, and understanding mental health and social needs. You’ll work under supervision to promote tenants’ independence and well-being, respecting their rights and care plans. Certification on the Minnesota Nursing Assistant Registry and proficiency in English are required. Candidates with TMA certification may qualify for additional hours and shift differentials.
