Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate, licensed LCSW with adolescent therapy experience to join our outpatient team.

Provide individual, family, and psychosocial assessments.

Develop and implement personalized treatment plans using evidence-based approaches such as CBT, DBT, and trauma-informed care.

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including psychiatrists and case managers.

Maintain accurate, confidential documentation compliant with regulations.

Assist clients in accessing community resources, housing, and employment.

Participate in supervision and team meetings to ensure quality care.

Requirements include a Master’s in Social Work, current LCSW licensure, strong psychotherapy background, and excellent communication skills. Preference for CADC certification and familiarity with insurance standards.
