Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate, licensed *LCSW* with *adolescent therapy* experience to join our outpatient clinic team. The role involves conducting psychosocial assessments, providing individual and family therapy, and developing personalized treatment plans to promote recovery and wellness.


  • Conduct psychosocial and substance use assessments.
  • Deliver evidence-based psychotherapy (e.g., CBT, DBT, MI) for co-occurring disorders.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members and connect clients with community resources.
  • Maintain accurate, confidential documentation in compliance with regulations.
  • Participate in supervision and team case discussions, staying current with best practices.

    • Requirements include a Master’s in Social Work, current LCSW licensure, and experience in mental health and child/family counseling. Preferred skills include CADC certification and familiarity with insurance documentation.
