Seeking full-time Child and Adolescent therapists in downtown Asheville, NC, to provide outpatient therapy services in a multidisciplinary clinic.
Responsible for conducting intake assessments, diagnosing, developing treatment plans, monitoring progress, and providing crisis intervention. Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care. Complete clinical documentation accurately and timely, communicate with stakeholders, and evaluate health outcomes. Qualifications: Doctorate degree with 3-5 years postdoctoral experience or master’s degree with at least 5 years experience. Licensed to practice in North Carolina and reside in the state. Knowledge of DSM/ICD-10, crisis assessment tools, and psychiatric principles. Strong interpersonal, communication skills, and ability to pass background checks. Compensation & Benefits: $58,000 – $85,000 annually, health insurance, paid time off, flexible hours, in-person work.
