Child/Adolescent Therapist

Job Description

Seeking full-time Child and Adolescent Therapists in Asheville, NC to provide outpatient therapy services within a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities include conducting intake assessments, diagnosing, developing and adjusting treatment plans, monitoring progress, providing crisis intervention, and collaborating with healthcare professionals and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Unrestricted North Carolina license with 2+ years postgraduate experience
• Doctorate in a related field with 3-5 years of experience or master’s degree with 5+ years
• Strong knowledge of DSM/ICD-10 criteria, crisis assessment tools, and psychiatric principles
• Excellent communication skills and ability to pass background checks
• Residency in North Carolina required

Compensation ranges from $58,000 to $85,000 annually, with benefits including health insurance and paid time off. Flexible hours and work schedule, with both in-person and collaborative work environment.
