Speech-Language Pathologist

Job Description

We have an excellent opportunity for a Per Diem (PRN) Speech Language Pathologist in Bronte, TX!

Join our dedicated in-house team providing person-centered care to achieve positive resident outcomes.

• Evaluate residents for swallowing and cognitive deficits
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve cognition and swallowing
• Provide education to residents, families, and caregivers
• Assist with augmentative communication systems and collaborate on diagnostic procedures
• Maintain accurate documentation and communicate resident status changes
• Coordinate training with care staff and ensure compliance with legal and professional standards

Qualifications:

• Active Texas Speech-Language Pathology license and ASHA certification
• Preferred experience in SNF/long-term care and knowledge of electronic documentation systems
• Ability to manage diverse patient needs and work collaboratively
