Urgent Care Advanced Practice Nurse

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) to provide urgent health services in a rural setting, focusing on high-quality patient care.

Conduct patient assessments, develop care plans, and interpret diagnostic tests.

Administer medications, IV infusions, and provide family planning education.

Manage acute and chronic conditions across various environments, including urgent care and inpatient settings.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and support specialized interventions like neonatal ventilator management or dialysis.

Participate in utilization reviews to optimize resource use.

Qualifications include a Master’s degree in nursing, unrestricted licensure in Wyoming, board certification, and at least two years of primary care experience. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.
