The Senior Clinical Social Worker (School/Community Based) in the HELP Program provides independent clinical assessment and intervention for students facing social, emotional, and mental health challenges within a school setting.
Working under minimal supervision, they develop treatment plans, collaborate with community agencies, and may supervise staff. The role involves year-round work, including providing services in school and clinic settings.
Minimum qualifications include licensed as an LCSW, LMSW, or LMHC with ≥2 years of post-graduate experience; preference for candidates with experience with children and adolescents.
Compensation is $69,915/year, with benefits such as health insurance, retirement, and paid leave. The position is full-time, based at Tioga Central School, and initially classified as non-competitive under the HELP Program.
