The Senior Clinical Social Worker (School/Community Based) provides clinical assessment and intervention for students facing social, emotional, and mental health challenges within a school setting.
They work independently with complex caseloads, collaborating with community agencies and school staff to support student well-being and functioning.
The role involves supervising subordinate staff, interacting with school administrators, and providing services year-round, including in clinic settings when school is not in session.
Qualifications include a current license (LCSW, LMSW, or LMHC), at least two years of post-graduate experience, and preference for candidates with experience working with children and adolescents.
