Job Description

We are seeking a licensed Speech and Language Therapist to join our interdisciplinary team at a therapeutic day school dedicated to supporting children with emotional, behavioral, and communication challenges.

Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing and implementing individual and group therapy plans aligned with IEP goals, and collaborating with educators and families to enhance students’ communication, social, and emotional skills.

Qualifications include a Master’s degree, California license, CCC-SLP certification, and prior experience working with children in educational settings preferred.

This role offers a salary range of $114,000-$135,000/year, with responsibilities split between locations in San Jose and Palo Alto. The position requires in-person work, with some evening commitments for school events.
