Mental Health Therapist (LISW, LPCC, LPC, MSW LSW)

Job Description

Join a compassionate outpatient mental health practice dedicated to making a positive community impact.
We offer services in mental health, geriatric care, substance use disorder, and psychiatry.

• Provide individual therapy across multiple settings, establishing trusting relationships and implementing evidence-based treatments.
• Maintain accurate records, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, and ensure licensure compliance.
• Diagnose and develop personalized treatment plans, monitor progress, and refer clients when needed.
• Work independently or with a team, reporting to the Clinical Director.

Requirements include a master’s degree, Ohio licensure (preferably LPCC or LISW), strong interpersonal skills, and a passion for helping others.
