Seeking a PRN Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner in Elizabethtown, KY, for occupational medicine and urgent care.

  • Coverage: 2-4 shifts/month to support ATO, with 20-30 patients per shift.
  • Hours: typically 8 am – 4:30 pm, with a staff of 1 MD and 2 APCs daily.
  • Requirements: 1+ year experience in occupational health and urgent care, valid PA or NP license, and ability to commute or relocate to Elizabethtown.
  • Pay: $115,449 – $121,558/year, with benefits including 401(k), health/dental/vision insurance, paid time off, tuition reimbursement, and more.
  • Work is in person at the practice location.
