Job Description

Seeking a Physician Assistant or Certified Nurse Practitioner for a PRN position in Occupational Medicine located at 400 Ring Road Ste 148, Elizabethtown, KY.

  • Cover 2-4 shifts per month to support after-hours needs, with typical hours from 8 am to 4:30 pm.
  • Manage approximately 20-30 patients per shift alongside a team of 1 MD and 2 APCs.
  • Previous experience in Occupational Health and Urgent Care (at least 1 year each) is required.
  • Must hold an active Physician Assistant License or certification as a Nurse Practitioner.
  • Position requires in-person work in Elizabethtown, with the ability to commute or relocate prior to start.

    • Compensation ranges from $115,449 to $121,558 annually, with benefits including 401(k) with matching, health/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, paid time off, tuition reimbursement, and employee assistance programs.
