Job Description

This role involves conducting non-treatment disability exams for Veterans with Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI).

Qualifications include completing a Residency in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation, Neurology, Neurosurgery, or Psychiatry.

Responsibilities:

Perform one-time TBI-related disability exams and complete web-based documentation (DBQ).

Participate in remote and in-person training sessions on charting processes.

Meet Veterans at designated or approved locations, with each exam lasting about 30 minutes to an hour.

Work conditions feature flexible scheduling, no ongoing care or medication duties, and mandatory attendance at a paid training in Oceanside, CA. The position offers full-time, part-time, contract, or temporary options with pay ranging from $200 to $400 per hour.

Applicants must have a medical license, be within 50-100 miles of Fort Wayne, IN, and be able to attend the training session scheduled for December 7-12, 2025. The role is ideal for healthcare professionals seeking non-clinical opportunities within military medicine.
