Job Description

This position involves conducting non-treatment TBI disability examinations for Veterans, focusing on diagnosis and disability documentation through web-based forms (DBQ).

  • Qualified candidates must have completed Residency in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation, Neurology, Neurosurgery, or Psychiatry.
  • Role includes in-person assessments at designated or approved locations, with each exam lasting approximately 30 minutes to one hour.
  • Responsibilities include completing web portal documentation and participating in remote and live training sessions.
  • No ongoing care or medication prescribing is required.
  • Flexible scheduling and the opportunity to attend an all-expense-paid VA training in Oceanside, CA, are offered.
  • Positions are full-time, part-time, contract, or temporary, with pay ranging from $200 to $400 per hour.
  • Applicants must have a medical license, be within 50-100 miles of Fort Wayne, IN, and be able to attend the training on October 26-31, 2025.
