Job Description
We are seeking an experienced RN Supervisor for the Night Shift at a Nursing Rehab and Care facility in Hadley, MA.
Lead and mentor a team of RNs and CNAs to ensure excellent patient care and team performance.Provide direct patient care when needed, focusing on individualized treatment.Identify and implement process improvements to enhance outcomes and staff satisfaction.Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and staff for seamless care coordination.Develop staff training programs on procedures and policies.Manage department operations, including scheduling, budgeting, and supplies.Ensure compliance with regulations like HIPAA, OSHA, and Medicare.Requirements include an RN degree, at least 1 year of experience in rehabilitative or long-term care, and a current Massachusetts RN license.
