Join us as a *Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM & R) Physician *at Level 1 Trauma Center in *Buffalo, NY.*

*Description:*
* Join an experienced team of four providers with a full continuum of dedicated rehabilitation therapies and programs.
* Leadership for CARF Accredited Medical Rehabilitation Unit & Outpatient Clinic.
* Work closely with admission screeners to identify patients to admit to the unit via referral or consultative model.
* Evaluate and manage a caseload of approximately 10 inpatients.
* Collaborate with the rehab team to develop individualized, and patient centered plans of care.
* Contribute to CARF driven quality improvement activities.
* Outpatient opportunities available in the PM&R clinic.
* Candidate will have the opportunity to influence the vision of the department and shape the program.

*Schedule:*

· Full-time, M-F. Call as needed.

*Qualifications:*

· MD or DO, BC/BE in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation.

*Compensation & Benefits:*

· $260-370K per year.

· RVU productivity considerations.

Pay: $260,000.00 – $370,000.00 per year
