Job Description

Join our growing team as a PRN Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP), with the flexibility to accept or decline cases and build your own schedule.
Our patients reside in assisted living facilities, and we provide treatment under the Medicare Part B outpatient model for simplified documentation.

What you’ll do:

Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify speech and language disorders.

Create personalized, evidence-based treatment plans.

Implement therapy techniques during home visits and facility sessions.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for holistic care.

Educate patients and families on communication strategies.

Monitor progress and adjust treatments as needed.

Maintain accurate documentation of evaluations and treatments.

Preferred qualifications include assessment skills and a passion for compassionate care.

Benefits include a flexible schedule, with pay ranging from $50.00 to $70.00 per hour.
