Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse for a Day Shift (6:00 am – 2:30 pm) to join our skilled nursing and rehabilitation team.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide high-quality, empathetic nursing care
• Collaborate with care team members
• Perform wound assessments, dressing changes, and implement new orders
• Administer medications, monitor residents, and maintain documentation
• Support residents in achieving recovery goals

Qualifications:

• Current Washington RN license
• Strong clinical and compassionate skills
• Dependable team player
• Previous long-term care or rehab experience preferred
• Wound Certification is a plus
