Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Job Description

Seeking a full-time Licensed Master’s Level Therapist or Clinical Licensed Social Worker in Kansas City, MO, with a current Missouri license and the ability to bill managed care.

Responsibilities include providing individual, family, group, and co-parenting therapy to children, youth, and families within a trauma-informed, healing-focused system.

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years clinical counseling experience

Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with Missouri certification

Ability to commute or relocate to Kansas City, MO 64130

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts.

Compensation: $55,315 – $60,000 annually, with benefits such as 401(k), health/dental/vision insurance, paid time off, flexible schedule, and professional development support.

In-person position focused on trauma resolution and collaborative treatment within a multidisciplinary team.
