Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Job Description

Seeking a full-time Licensed Master’s Level Therapist or Clinical Licensed Social Worker with a current Missouri license to provide therapy services to children, youth, and families.

Responsibilities include individual, family, group, and co-parenting counseling within a trauma-informed care framework, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Requirements:

At least 5 years of clinical counseling experience

Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Missouri

Ability to bill managed care when applicable

Must be fluent in English

Willingness to work in person in Kansas City, MO, and relocate if necessary

Compensation ranges from $55,315 to $60,000 annually, with benefits such as 401(k), health/dental/vision insurance, paid time off, flexible schedule, and professional development support. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts.
