We are seeking a full-time *Associate Therapist* starting at $80,000/year for a nationally recognized residential addiction treatment program.

Responsibilities include

facilitating group sessions and family programs,

providing individual counseling and crisis intervention,

engaging families and external referents,

coordinating care and discharge planning,

maintaining accurate documentation,

and

participating in staff conferences to evaluate treatment progress.

Minimum qualifications include two years of psychosocial assessment and therapy experience, dual diagnosis expertise, and knowledge of 12-step programs. A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field, along with licensure and CPR/First Aid certification, are required.
