Job Description

We are seeking a full-time Nursing Supervisor – Registered Nurse (RN) for our inpatient rehabilitation hospital in Madison, WI, working night shifts (6:30 PM – 7:00 AM) with three 12-hour shifts and every other weekend rotation.

  • Provide leadership to nursing staff, oversee patient care, and ensure compliance with standards under the guidance of the Chief Nursing Officer.
  • Coordinate care, document accurately using EPIC, interpret diagnostic data, and promote quality improvement.
  • Instruct and counsel patients and families, ensuring timely transcriptions of medical orders.
  • Qualifications: Valid RN license, BLS, and ACLS within 6 months. Preferred: 2+ years RN experience, 1+ year supervisory experience, CRRN preferred.
