Speech Language Pathologist

Job Description

We’re seeking a full-time Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist for a hybrid role in Mercer County, PA, offering a signing bonus.

Responsibilities include:

• Conducting speech, language, and communication evaluations for school-aged children
• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans
• Providing engaging therapy in school and clinic settings
• Collaborating with educators, families, and support staff
• Monitoring progress and adjusting goals as needed
• Participating in team meetings and providing communication training
• Maintaining accurate documentation and adhering to standards

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology and valid PA licensure
• CCC-SLP preferred; CFY supervised
• Experience with children in educational or outpatient settings preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and adaptability skills
