Licensed Mental Health Therapist

Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate Master’s Level Mental Health Therapist to provide treatment in our Adult Partial Hospitalization Programs for patients with moderate to severe psychiatric symptoms.

Responsibilities include:

• Conducting assessments and developing individualized treatment plans
• Providing individual and group therapy sessions
• Implementing crisis intervention and motivational interviewing techniques
• Collaborating with other professionals to support clients with developmental disabilities
• Staying updated on best practices through ongoing research
• Fostering a supportive environment promoting client well-being

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or Counseling
• Valid licensure as a Mental Health Therapist
• At least 3 years of clinical therapy experience
• Proficiency in motivational interviewing and excellent communication skills
• Ability to work with diverse populations while maintaining confidentiality

This full-time role requires in-person work in Sharon, PA, with relocation necessary before starting. Benefits include health, dental, and vision insurance, as well as paid time off.
